At Ray White Northcote we are one of the new offices in the Ray White group of some 124 New Zealand outlets.
During my 23 year Real Estate career I had the opportunity and privilage to work with Colin Elliott.

In 2002 I joined Colins sale's management team and in 2003 was appointed group manager of 5 offices.
I state with some pride that in:
2004 Ray White Birkenhead was ranked number 3 in New Zealand.
2006 Ray White City was ranked number 2 in new Zealand.
At the annual awards dinner where achievement is recognised, Ray White have 3 prize's based solely on income for the New Zealand Rookie of the year:
In 2003 we employed the No 1 rookie of the year.
In 2004 we employed the No 1 & 3 rookie's of the year.
In 2006 we employed the No 1 rookie of the year.
In 2007 Colin retired..
During the next 2 years I made numerous attempts to get Colin back as a mentor with myself in a new sales office.
I finally found his " hot button" when I casually remarked that second place is the first loser and third place is one place worse. He is now back,commited,determined and motivated to correct that position.
I've challenged this Dinosaur of the Industry to help me build, train, motivate and retain an entirely new generation (and we are not talking ageism here) of baby Dinosaurs to run No 1 in New Zealand in 2011.
