Allen is not new to Real Estate, having completed his first property deal at the crisp age of 19. Now 39, Allen has kept involved in the industry through a number of property developments and holds a respectable long-term property investment portfolio.
With 8 years hands-on experience in the building industry and 10 years experience in the appliance retail business, Allen provides his clients with sound advice in getting the most out of their property and all conducted in a professional and sincere manner. Allen is not interested in the ‘hard sell’ but understands the importance of his role in the process between the vendor and purchaser.
Allen has had the honour of representing New Zealand in Rugby and Gymnastics. He really enjoys getting his children involved in sports, coaching his son's under 9’s rugby team and running his daughters between gymnastics training and dance recitals.
